Notorious Confusables: Fourth Quiz

When you click on "Start this test," you will be presented with a sentence. In that sentence you will see two or more words in ALL CAPS. These words are listed among the Notorious Confusables. You will then be offered four possible paths of action: you can leave the sentence the way it is (always #1) or make the substitutions suggested.

Go to the next sentence by clicking on the button 'Next sentence'.

At the end of the test the number of correct answers will appear, together with a percentage value.

If you score less than 80% on this quiz (and that's giving one away for carelessness), you might consider returning to the section on Notorious Confusables and reviewing those sentences and definitions.
